Annual EAU National Societies Meeting 2019
Dear colleagues, dear friends,
On behalf of the EAU Executive we herewith respectfully invite you (or a representative of your national society) to come to Noordwijk, The Netherlands on June 21 & 22 for the annual EAU National Societies Meeting 2019.
As always the purpose of this meeting is to combine formal with informal discussions on matters of common interest as well as a dinner allowing to socialize with the representatives of other European national urological societies and board members of other EAU Offices who also have meetings scheduled during that time. The agenda will follow in due time.
We will start our meeting with a plenary part in which you will get updated information on the EAU activities. For the second part of the meeting we offer the option to reserve a slot to discuss with the EAU Executive during an individual meeting. On the enclosed reply form you have the option to indicate, whether or not, you want to reserve a slot for that purpose. If you do; please indicate the topics your society wishes to discuss. The form also offers the option to suggest topics for discussion for the plenary part of the meeting (note that this is a non-scientific meeting).
The 2019 meeting will take place in The Netherlands; details of the hotel: https://www.hotelvanoranje.nl
As you know the EAU does not support flight and accommodation. We are happy to book your room at the hotel (room price 190 Euro for a single room and 210 Euro for a double room including breakfast) and the invoice may be settled upon departure. If you would like us to book your flight (we will invoice you) you can specify this on the reply form as well.
We hope that you or a representative of your national society will be able to attend this meeting. Please note that we welcome 2 representatives per society. May we kindly ask you to complete the enclosed reply form and return it to Ilse Grotenbreg by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Thank you very much in advance, we look forward to your early reply. Should you have any further questions please contact:
