2nd Symposium on Kidney stones and Mineral Metabolism

Following the many positive comments about the 1st symposium in 2017, Nephrology and Urology departments of CHU Brugmann are proud to announce the upcoming 2nd symposium on Kidney Stones and Mineral Metabolism. It will be held in Brussels, Belgium (Musée de la Médecine) from 5th to 6th May, 2022.

This time we will focus on the gaps between the new pathophysiological discoveries and practical, clinical aspects of patients with kidney stone disease.

Our main goal of this meeting is to continue to raise awareness within the medical community of renal and extra-renal long-term complications occurring in patients with kidney stones.
Nonetheless in particular, we aim to contribute to the improvement of every day clinical practice by giving you the opportunity to directly interact with international experts in this field during the scientific sessions.

Furthermore, the aim of this symposium is to promote interdisciplinary collaboration, both national and international, between urologists, biologists, radiologists and nephrologists interested in kidney stone disease. lees meer
